The NAC Council has noted with serious concern a letter that, in its opinion, does not reflect the character of the Council and the spirit in which it intends to interact and communicate to the sector, in particular, the affected applicants.

We are investigating this incident and will update the individual(s) that may have received such letters. The NAC would like to apologise for this unfortunate correspondence.
