The National Arts Council of South Africa will celebrate Mandela Day at the Youth Empowerment Day Event helping young art practitioners with information on how to apply for the current Presidential Employment Stimulus Programme (PESP 3) call for funding applications.

Interested art practitioners may join us at the venue stated below, the entry will be free.
