Tsepo Mtwana is a visionary leader, passionate advocate for youth empowerment and development, and a trailblazer in the field of music development in the Northern Cape. With a relentless commitment to improving the lives of others, Tsepo has dedicated his career to driving positive impact in the arts and culture sector.

Early Life and Education:
Born in King Williams Town and raised in a close-knit community in Kimberley, South Africa, Tsepo’s upbringing instilled in him a deep sense of responsibility and empathy for others. His journey began in Kimberley Boys High where he matriculated and later attended CTI in Johannesburg.

Passion for Music:
Tsepo’s passion for youth empowerment and development has been the driving force behind his life’s work. From an early age, he was actively involved in community initiatives, addressing the need to have music culture and economy in the Northern Cape. This unwavering commitment led him to developing a programme that now serves as a bridge between the rural Northern Cape and the mainstream music industry.
