Job opportunity: Receptionist - Twelve Months Fixed Contract - Internal Advertisement

Main Purpose: Deliver excellent customer service to the internal and external customers visiting organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome people to the organisation
  • Ensure quality image is maintained
  • Attending to the switchboard
  • Messages are taken & passed on correctly
  • Handle queries from public & clients
  • Arrange visitor parking
  • Provide administration support
  • Handle incoming/outgoing documents
  • Provide up to date information to clients
  • Maintain a neat reception
  • Attention to detail

Key requirements

  • Matric
  • Receptionist diploma (preferable)
  • 2-3 years’ experience as receptionist
  • MS Office and MS Outlook essential
  • Integrity & ability to deal with confidential information are essential
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly around the needs of the business
  • Personal effectiveness
  • Passion for customers & Customer Service Orientation
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Efficient & accurate with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Multi-lingualism
